I’ve had a lifetime immersed in the world of personal and organisational transformation and growth.
I believe that our purpose in life is to evolve; Life is a school, where every limitation, trauma and setback serves as an opportunity to fuel our evolutionary journey. We each carry a unique essence - a soul blueprint of gifts, challenges and opportunities with an enduring purpose to guide our lives.
My personal growth journey deeply influences my work such as learning to navigate a chronic health condition, the influence of intergenerational trauma and embracing neurodiversity. My Dutch-Jewish lineage grounds me, nurturing my entrepreneurial spirit and guiding my path with a deep sense of heritage, compassion, and resilience.
I honour each unique connection, striving to create deep, trusting and genuine partnerships. Rather than imposing a process onto my clients, I attune to their needs and goals, allowing for what emerges as we progress. My integrative, intuitive yet practical approach fosters deep and spontaneous transformation—this is the magic we create together.
Beyond work, I am a proud mother to a wise, intelligent, driven and deeply compassionate teenage daughter, wife of a soul surfer and the personal assistant to Alfie our dog who thinks he's human, and Willow our cat who seems to have elevator music playing in her head. I have an endless thirst for understanding how to unlock human and organisational potential and a geek worthy passion for really, really good food.
