I'm an ICF-accredited executive coach with 25 years of experience across leadership development, culture transformation, and operational leadership in Aotearoa and internationally.

Alongside my coaching practice, I serve as Fractional CEO of the Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Group, working at the intersection of clinical leadership and organisational performance. My background includes leading large-scale culture transformation programmes across multi-sector, international environments, giving me a practical, grounded understanding of what it actually takes to shift how people lead and how organisations perform.
